Swedish Ladders (Wall Bars) in Lebanon

A Swedish ladder, also called a wall bar, is a wooden ladder fixed to your wall that you use for stretching, mobility, calisthenics, core work and bodyweight strength training. Baréa Swedish ladders are crafted from premium natural beech wood and designed in Lebanon. All you need to build your home gym, is 70 cm of your wall space. 

Choose the Wall Bar, or the Baréa Combo with the Pull-Up Bar Extension for pull-ups and hanging exercises. Both come in two sizes: 230 cm Full Size and 200 cm Compact, each 70 cm wide.
